A SPACE TO BE AND MEET IN FRIENDSHIP
It is precisely this space that the Rotundare seminar house provides with its breath taking view of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and enables the cycle of nature to be experienced intensely at any time of the year. Because like a snail shell, this unique piece fits into the green of the spacious outdoor area, with a natural pond and stream. Above the romantic Rhine and less than eight kilometres from the tourist hotspot Loreley, you can also experience absolute silence here in Holzfeld. The Rotundare is a place of power that enables earth connection and presence in the one moment in which we live: the now. Everything is there, what we need to go beyond our own limits and actually arrive at us.

Nature interwoven in the architecture and the design
The more than one hundred square meters large and up to four
meters high round event room has a specially tailored acoustic
concept. This makes it ideal for encounters, meditation, music,
art and movement of all kinds. In addition to the seminar room,
there is a kitchen and a dining room and almost snuggles into
the round shape.
Since October 2021 there is an extra seminar space available. A
wooden Tipi with 25m² for groups or sleeping places for 4
people.
The outdoor area with a garden area of approx. 2000m², including
a Biotop and sundeck, contains many small spaces and
"round" corners to linger.
Feel good and enjoy
Overnight accommodation is available in the Rotundare and the
associated spacious bathrooms promote well-being. Additional
overnight stays can be booked in the immediate vicinity of the
Rotundare. We will be happy to send you more information by
email.
If desired and by prior arrangement, a retreat with sauna,
whirlpool and relaxation area is available for relaxation.
WHY AND FOR
The Rotundare, originally conceived as a residential building,
offers, as the name suggests (rotundare = make it round), a lot
that is part of being completely satisfied. The idea to open the
house to people and to focus on seminars is based on the desire
to promote community and togetherness and to give space to the
individual.
In addition to the architecture, the landscape and the various
rooms, regional, organic, if desired vegetarian or vegan cuisine
can also be supplied. For prices of the seminar room, overnight

REACH
Holzfeld is located above the romantic small town of Boppard on the Rhine. You can reach the Rotundare with a clear and extensive view over the Rhine Valley to the Taunus, coming from Frankfurt or Cologne via the A61 exit Emmelshausen. With more leisure and time, you can drive through the beautiful Rhine Valley to Hirzenach and from there to Holzfeld. 5 parking spaces are available directly at the house.
